Our commitment to WCAG 2.2 Level AA, what we have already done, and how to tell us when something does not work.
1. Our commitment
Al-Quddus Group is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.
2. What we have implemented
- Semantic HTML landmarks, a single descriptive heading structure per page and a “skip to content” link.
- Visible keyboard focus styles and full keyboard operability, including the mobile menu.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images and accessible names for icon-only controls.
- Colour contrast checked against WCAG AA thresholds for body and interface text.
- Responsive layout that reflows to 320 px width and supports zoom to 200% without loss of content.
- Respect for the operating-system “reduced motion” preference.
3. Known limitations
The embedded Google Maps frame on the contact page is provided by a third party and its accessibility is outside our control. Our full head-office address, telephone number and email are always available in text form as an alternative.
