We prohibit bribery, kickbacks and facilitation payments in every form, whether offered directly or through an agent. Gifts and hospitality must be modest, transparent and recorded. Any breach is treated as gross misconduct and is reported to the relevant authority where the law requires it.
We carry out know-your-customer checks on corporate clients, decline anonymous or unexplained cash arrangements, and screen counterparties against applicable sanctions lists before entering high-value engagements. Payments are accepted only through documented banking channels.
We compete on service and price alone. Price fixing, bid rigging and market sharing are prohibited. Directors and staff must declare any personal interest that could conflict with a Group decision.
Transport operations run only with valid vehicle fitness certificates, route permits and licensed drivers. We enforce load-securing, hours-of-service discipline and zero tolerance for driving under the influence, and we investigate every incident.
We work to reduce empty running and fuel consumption in our fleet, dispose of waste oil and tyres through authorised handlers, and prefer suppliers with credible environmental practice.
We do not use child or forced labour, in our own operations or knowingly in our supply chain. Recruitment, pay and promotion are based on merit, without discrimination on grounds of gender, religion, ethnicity or disability.
Personal data is processed as set out in our Privacy Policy, in line with Pakistani law, the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016 and, for individuals in the EEA and the United Kingdom, the GDPR. Systems are protected by encryption in transit, access control and monitored logging.
Each Group company is registered with the Federal Board of Revenue, files statutory returns, and complies with withholding and provincial sales-tax obligations. We do not use artificial structures to avoid tax.
